At The High Windows we believe the internet belongs to everybody. We put real effort into making our site accessible and welcoming to every user, out of a straightforward belief in equality and respect.

What we have done to make the site accessible

The site meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 5773–2013, and follows the recommendations of the Israeli standard IS 5568 at level AA.

Among other things, we have taken care to provide:

• Keyboard navigation — full support for the Tab key and the arrow keys.
• Screen reader support — standard HTML markup and alternative text on images.
• Contrast and colour — colour choices that make reading easier, including for users with low vision.
• Text resizing — the option to enlarge the text without breaking the layout.
• A clear structure — proper headings and a logical division of the content.

Accessibility of the service itself

We should note that the business has no physical address and does not receive visitors. Our service is provided entirely digitally, through this site, by email and by phone.

Where needed, individually adapted support is available — for example an explanation by phone or documents in an accessible format — through our accessibility coordinator.
