Private houses and cottages
A private house is usually the most varied challenge of all: windows in every size, a tall stairwell window, a glass balcony, a pergola and a rooflight. Each one needs a different solution — and we arrive with all of them in the same van.

Residential towers and apartment blocks
In a shared building, most of the windows are exactly where nobody can reach them — outside, high above the ground. Up to around 18 metres we reach them from ground level with poles and purified water; above that, the work is done by rope access — abseiling — by operatives certified for work at height. Not every part of the building needs rope access: the glass balustrades on the balconies and the entrance lobby windows are cleaned from the ground or from inside the building, with no abseiling at all.

Offices and tech companies
In a modern office almost every wall is glass — meeting rooms, internal partitions and the external curtain wall. We agree the date in advance and work area by area, to keep the disruption to your staff to a minimum.

Shops and retail centres
