From the ground — up to around 18 metres, which is roughly six storeys. Above that height we work by rope access (abseiling), with operatives certified for work at height.

For exterior cleaning from the ground — no, we can come while you are at work. To clean the inside faces of the glass we obviously need access to the property, and we will arrange a time that suits you.

For a private house, two or three times a year is a good rule. If you live near a main road, a building site or the sea, every quarter is better — dust, soot and salt build up far faster. For a business with a shopfront, weekly is not excessive.

Ordinary tap water contains minerals and limescale. When it dries on the glass the minerals stay behind and form those familiar white water spots. Water filtered by reverse osmosis has no minerals in it, so it dries on its own without leaving any mark — and that is what makes it possible to clean a high window without wiping it by hand.

Yes. We work with eco-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable products. On most exterior cleaning we use purified water alone, with no additive at all.

Certainly, and it is the part of the job that is most worth doing together with the windows. We wash roller shutters, slatted blinds and insect screens with high-pressure water — left in place, never dismantled.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We work on scheduled maintenance contracts with residents' committees, offices, shops and hotels — including a proper tax invoice for every job.
